Ari Montes is a double graduate from the University of Arizona, earning both a bachelor's degree in political science and a Master of Public Administration. As a student at the University of Arizona, she worked with the Fostering Success program, promoting affordable housing and foster care reform. She joined the Institutional Policy & Projects team in January, 2023. 

Currently, she serves on one nonprofit board, focusing on art advocacy and access to resources in the community. She is passionate about serving those around her and is inspired daily by the Tucson desert.
